Full sheet size are 4×8’, 4×10’, 5×10’, 5×12’, 3×6’, 6×6’ and so on. Final product size can be any according to your drawing or sample.Q2. What color can you produce?We have our own color chart e-catalog. We could discuss with you when you have intention order and check relevant color. Another way is you could get your intent color from Formica, we have 90% color are same as Formica, so you can refer to Formica.Q3. Could you produce according to the samples?A: Yes. Broadway could CNC machined final product according to your samples or technical drawings.Q4. How to guarantee the quality of the products? A: We had advanced multi-type CNC machining center, which is suitable for a wide range of complex processing like not only cutting, engraving and milling, but also carving drilling, side milling, measuring saws, edges etc. B. Our CNC machining center has 8 tool magazine automatic change function. It can process 8 kinds different of knife at one time with minimum tolerance as 0.1mm.。C. We have our own professional QC team to control the products quality and size tolerance for all our clients' orders before packing and loading. Q5. What are your terms of packing?We could pack our goods in box with accessories like handle, hinge, or just compact panel without accessories according to your requirement.
