PVC Rigid Sheet emobossing series including different kinds of embossing, we have a few designs, customer can also provide samples for us to make the embossing roller; density 1.3-1.5g/cm3,; good planeness without impurity,crystalization point and flow line. It is mainly used on door, cabinet and decoration field.

Q:Could PVC embossing sheet bend?
A:Yes, it is. Our PVC embossing sheet could perform the cold bending.
Q: What is the behaviour of the sheet in fire?
A: PVC is a flame-retardant thermoplastic, it extinguishes itself after the source of the flame being removed.
We have two high grades on flame-retardant:
1. In accordance to DIN 4102, our product can be classified as flame-retardant material group B1.
2. In accordance to ASTM UL94, our product can be passed UL94-V0 class.
