Co-extruded PVC Foam
Co-extruded PVC foam board is a rigid PVC foam board with an expanded closed-cell core and thin non-foamed surfaces, also called three-layer PVC foam board. It is a member of the PVC foam board family.
Co-extruded PVC foam is mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, adding other additives according to performance requirements and production needs, produced by foam extrusion technology.
Compared with PVC celuka foam board, it has a super glossy and harder surface. This feature allows it to be used directly without painting or laminating surface materials. Co-extruded PVC foam board can be easily sawed, CNC cut, drilled and nailed. Its most popular uses are storage rack & cabinet for modified van, bathroom and kitchen cabinets, interior decoration, partition walls and furniture for humid environments.
