PVC Embossed Board

PVC embossed board is developed from pvc celuka foam board and is designed for bathroom vanity.

After the pvc foam board is heated and softened at high temperature, the embossed pattern is pressed out of the surface of the pvc foam board through a press machine.

PVC embossed board is a natural wood substitute product. It is waterproof, mildew proof, non-toxic, odorless, and recyclable artificial board. Because of its feature to be used in a humid environment and its excellent processing performance (it can be easily sawed, CNC cut, planed, nailed, painted), PVC embossed board has become the most popular material for bathroom vanity.

Product Details

There are two thicknesses of PVC embossed board, 16mm and 18mm. The common sizes are 1220*800mm, 1220*600mm, 725*600mm, etc. Usually a PVC embossed board can be cut into one or more sets of bathroom vanity boards, or a board that can be cut optionally according to the size of your design. We have reserved pre-cutting lines for each module on the board, which is convenient for you to position and cut.

We have hundreds of molds, that is, we have a variety of embossing patterns for you to choose from. You can also customize your own unique embossed pattern. PVC embossed board can also be laminated with PVC film to make your bathroom vanity boards more diversified.
